Qualification Requirements
- You must be a graduate with 2-3 years post-NYSC work-experience in a hospital as HMO billing/receptionist.
- You must have a good command of written and spoken English. You must be knowledgeable in medical terminology, ICD-10, coding/billing, and HMO processes.
- Friendly and compassionate with excellent interpersonal communication skills and good penmanship.
