We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager Intern

Location: Lagos


  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends in the health technology sector.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely support and information.
  • Proposal Development: Support in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to track key performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in healthcare and technology.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or strong interest in the healthcare sector, preferably in health technology or digital health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

N80,000 / month.
