Job Description

  • We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Intermediate Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. As an Intermediate Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.
  • You’ll interact with customers via [phone/email/chat], addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via [phone/email/chat] in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with Ms word, Exxcel, Power Point software/tool.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
