Head, Business Development
Job Title: Head, Business Development
Location: Lekki, Lagos
About the Job
As Head, Business Development, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Conduct regular market, organization, and individual data analysis to identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek new business/market initiatives, increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Analysing the return on investment on all new initiatives, business lines, and projects that the company embarks upon.
- Manage marketing and branding initiatives as well as vendors.
- Managing and monitoring newly launched initiatives and projects.
- Managing performance and development of staff in the business development unit.
- Monitor the performance of product lines, and report changes, trends, and opportunities in the Business Development unit.
- Complete projects according to timeline and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Grow Carpet & Upholstery and leather work.
- Improve and Manage the IT needs of the organization.
- Relationship management such as power, facility owners, contractors, major vendors, etc.
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor.

Education and Work Experience Requirements
- A Degree in a related field is required.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in business development, Project Management, or related fields.
- Professional qualification.
- Proficient in major Administrative applications and software – Microsoft Office suite, etc., programs and project management tools like CRMs, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint
- The ideal candidate should be personable
