Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Work closely with and report to the Administrative Manager to facilitate office support
- Primary point of contact for on-site staff and all enquiries including site access, sign in procedures, covid protocols, conference & desk reservations, calls, mail, shipping, printing, supply management, etc.
- Critical support and cover to the operations team as required and during times of absence.
- Collaborate with key support functions (Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Environmental Health & Safety)
- Cater meetings & staff special lunches
- Assist with company social events and celebrations as well as large meetings

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a High School Degree
- 6 months -1 year Administrative experience preferred
- Positive team mentality, able to work well on a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are essential
- Must be self-motivated and diligent in following through with tasks until completion.
- Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
- Excellent computer skills
- Great oral and verbal communication
