Job Title: Junior Facility Supervisor
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the facility management team to implement improvement initiatives.
- Execute routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of all systems and equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical tasks related to facility maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and address minor technical issues independently.
- Liaise with external vendors for maintenance services and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend changes when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
- Generate reports on facility status and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the emergency response team to ensure readiness and effective response to unforeseen facility issues.
- Participate in scheduled emergency drills.
- Communicate effectively with residents, addressing concerns and providing updates on maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to convey information to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in plumbing, generator maintenance, and electrical work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle maintenance emergencies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures in facility management.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in handling basic repairs.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary
N110,000 Monthly.
