We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Dispatch Officer – Golden Fertilizer
Location: Kaduna
The Job
- Perform daily reconciliations with the production and commercial departments.
- Follow up on dispatch feedback and achievement daily to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Carry out goods receipt for all Transfer Orders to local external warehouses on AX2012.
- Keep track of trucks are yet to be loaded or dispatched.
- Create a daily dispatch summary report as well as an EOD report.
- Track the location and status of field units in order to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
- Ensure that parallel systems and duplications are eliminated.
- Ensure accurate data capture.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Logistics or any related discipline.
Experience:
- 3 years experience in a logistics role or similar function.
The Person Must:
- Have good & effective communication skills.
- Have analytical approach to problem solving.
- Good working knowledge of despatch activities.
- Strong knowledge of emergency processes and procedure.
