Job Description
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and seizing business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients.
- Identify and target potential clients, focusing on corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads for business expansion.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business development presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with and lead the sales team to convert leads into valuable clients.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in business development, with a minimum of 1 year of relevantexperience in a Travel Agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prepare a worldclass business proposal with no supervision.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding business development targets.
- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Professional certificates in business development and level of experience is an added advantage.
Salary
- N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
