Responsibilities
Provide general accounting support, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist in developing and preparing budget proposals with comprehensive financial analysis.
Support in preparing and reconciling Project Profit & Loss statements for accurate financial reporting.
Assist with inventory management and reconciliation.
Assist with project reporting, including tracking project costs and progress.
Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial analysis packets for management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Interface with team members in various departments, including the engineering, operations, and healthcare teams.
Support overall department goals and objectives.
Fulfill other ad-hoc finance requests as requested by management.
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Demonstrated team player.Confident self-starter who has demonstrated drive.
Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Collaborate and problem-solve cross-functionally.
A background in accounting or finance is preferred.
