Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Ikota, Lagos

Reports to: HR Manager
Job Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in managing employee-related matters, recruitment, benefits, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures efficient HR operations, fosters a positive work environment, and promotes organizational growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR or a related field.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills: Certification in HR (e.g., ACIPM,SHRM-CP, PHR). Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
Working Conditions: Office environment, Regular working hours, with occasional overtime. May require travel for training, conferences, or company events.
