– Verifying that all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note, and agreed quantity have been received
– Performing day-to-day checks on the storage facilities to ensure upkeep and hygiene
– Refusing the acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items
– Supervising responsibilities for different units of the warehouse operational performance in the area of safety, health, and quality
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies- Supervising activities within the store and warehouse
– Coordinating workers assigned for daily tasks- Ensuring daily compliance with the work schedule
– Following up on processes at stages for receiving, storage, and loading with the application of food safety rules, HACCP, and good housekeeping
– Keeping the work area clean and organized
– Adhering to guidelines concerning product quality and safety
– Providing operational reports- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following

– Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other related fields- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
