Job Description
We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Freelance SAP Human Capital Management (HCM/HR)Trainers to facilitate remote training sessions. Ideal candidates should be disciplined, proactive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality instruction in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive SAP Human Capital Management training in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Provide ongoing support to trainees during and after the training sessions to assist with system-related issues.
Offer mentorship and guidance to trainees to enhance their learning experience.
Develop and update training manuals to ensure content remains current and relevant.
Qualifications
HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in SAP system usage and implementation.
Strong understanding of business processes and configuration skills within SAP Human Capital Management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge.
Strong customer service skills are an advantage.
Familiarity with other SAP modules such as Success Factorsis a plus.
