IO Datasphere’s client is seeking a Senior Web Designer to work with customers on accessibility requirements for forms and web content. The role involves publishing and maintaining documentation, resolving issues related to Drupal sites, and ensuring compliance with established standards for web content platforms.

• Work with customers to address accessibility requirements for forms and web content
• Publish and maintain documentation including standards, design best practices, style, formatting, font, and accessibility guidelines
• Use electronic form software tools with expert knowledge of their capabilities
• Resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites
• Ensure compliance with client standards and procedures for web content platforms
• Collaborate with the communications team and other staff to support web needs and framework development for new or existing sites
• Provide professional and punctual customer technical support through all communication channels as part of the IT team

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Adobe, Drupal, DocuSign, Microsoft Forms, or similar tools
• Experience with accessibility in forms and web content
• Experience in web development and management of high traffic websites
• Experience with Drupal 10
• Knowledge of best practices in web and form content development, including ADA compliance, HTML, and CSS standards
• Experience troubleshooting and providing technical support for web and form services, including formatting, functionality, usability, and accessibility
• Strong collaborative skills
• Excellent communication skills

Skills Desired

• Hands on testing and troubleshooting of custom modules, themes, and content objects
