Job Bridge Global is seeking a Procurement Manager with expertise in EPC Contracts to oversee procurement activities for client construction projects in the UK. The role involves managing procurement processes to ensure materials and services are sourced efficiently, delivered on time, and remain within budget. The successful candidate will have experience in construction procurement and contract negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC contracts aligned with project goals

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure best value

• Liaise with project managers and engineers to align procurement with project timelines and specifications

• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships

• Prepare procurement reports and budgets for senior management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Monitor market trends and advancements in procurement technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and procurement processes

• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

• Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management preferred
