Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care and support individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients’ physical well-being
Monitor and document patient progress
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and preventive measures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
