Position: Field Care Supervisor – Home Care

Caremark Warrington is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee care delivery, support care teams, and maintain high standards across multiple service locations in Warrington. The role involves leadership, care plan oversight, compliance monitoring, and staff supervision within a home care setting.

• Supervise daily care operations to ensure personalised, respectful care aligned with individual care plans

• Lead, motivate, and support care staff

• Oversee implementation and review of care plans

• Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and training sessions

• Coordinate and monitor rotas to ensure adequate coverage

• Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies

• Maintain accurate documentation using IT systems

• Travel between service locations as required

Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in home care (required)

• Proven supervisory experience within a care environment

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience reviewing and managing care plans

• Knowledge of safeguarding and care sector compliance

• Confident IT user

• Compassionate and professional approach

Licence

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
