Job Description:

Title: Senior Data Architect (Databricks)
Location:

• New York, NY
• Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)

Work Authorization:

• GC/USC/EAD
• H1B/C2C is okay
• No OPT/CPT candidates

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and advanced analytics solutions using Databricks on Azure/AWS.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to define architecture standards and best practices.
• Optimize performance for large-scale data processing, including Spark tuning and Delta Lake integration.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of progressive data engineering experience
• 5+ years as Data architect
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks
