Job Summary

PwC UK is recruiting Senior Associates to join the Corporate Tax Compliance team in Manchester, with opportunities also available in Watford, Birmingham, and Belfast.

The role involves supporting clients with Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations across diverse industry sectors. The successful candidate will work with a broad portfolio of clients and may deepen expertise in specific technical areas such as tax accounting, real estate, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete corporation tax computations

  • Review corporate tax computations and assist clients with related queries

  • Liaise with the Data Team for collection and analysis of tax data

  • Respond to client queries relating to data requests and follow-up correspondence

  • Prepare corporation tax accounting disclosures, tax payment advice calculations, computations, and returns using firm software

  • Manage and monitor workload across a portfolio of clients

  • Support development of junior colleagues

  • Draft budgets and assist with preparation and negotiation for new or repeat work

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong grounding in UK Corporate Tax

  • Experience preparing UK corporate tax computations and returns

  • Experience reviewing corporate tax returns

  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients

  • ACA or CTA qualification or international equivalent, or equivalent work experience including international experience
