• Manage day to day bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
• Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Assist with restaurant service during busy periods

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Bar Manager
• Hotel, restaurant, or pub experience
• English language proficiency
• Currently living in the UK under a Skilled Worker Visa
• Driving licence preferred
• Work location: In person
